Instructions for making 3 Tier Cake: Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Set the oven to 350°F. A 10-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch cake pan should be butter and floured. To ensure perfect removal, it is highly advised to line each pan with a circular disk of parchment paper.

Step 2: Flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom should all be sifted together. Place aside.

Step 3: Mix the oil and eggs in a sizable basin or the bowl of a stand mixer until no egg threads are visible. Pumpkin puree and sugar are added. Add water after it is smooth, then scrape the basin.

Step 4: Sift the dry ingredients all at once, then add to the bowl and incorporate on low speed. Avoid overmixing. Well-scrape the basin.

Step 5: Ensure that the batter is the same height in all the pans before dividing the mixture.

Step 6: Cakes 6 inches and 8 inches should be baked for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center springs back when softly pushed with a finger. 45 minutes is about how long to bake a 10-inch cake. Before removing cakes from pans, allow cakes to cool in pan for 15 minutes.

Step 7: Repeat the complete process described above.

Step 8: Blend soft butter and powdered sugar for the frosting until smooth and creamy. Mix only on extremely low speed while adding one packet of soft cream cheese at a time. A frosting that has been beaten quickly will be runny.

Step 9: After thoroughly scraping the bowl to remove all lumps, add another cream cheese packet. Process is repeated with vanilla extract added.

Step 10:  3 Tier Cake can be saved for later use or immediately frosted after they have completely cooled.

Step 11: The centers of the 3 Tier Cake will be slightly dommed. Using a serrated knife, level the surface and remove the domed part for a perfect build. Take out all of the parchment paper.

Step 12: Put a 10-inch cake layer on a 12-inch cake board or a sizable serving tray. Frost the 3 Tier Cake with icing that is about 1/2 inch thick. Top with the last 10-inch cake layer.

Step 13: 3 Tier Cake layers should still be visible, so lightly frost the cake’s edges and top.

Step 14: In the middle of the 10-inch cake layer, insert a straw. Make a mark where the straw touched the cake’s surface. Remove the straw. Cut six straws to the same height as the designated straw.

Step 15: 6 straws should be inserted into the 3 Tier Cake about 2 1/2 inches from the edge.

Step 16: Onto an 8-inch cake board, place an 8-inch cake layer. Trim cardboard if necessary to match the size of the 3 Tier Cake. Add a layer of icing 1/2 inch thick to the cake. Add the last 8-inch cake layer on top.

Step 17: Place cake on 10-inch cake layer, frosting the edges and top. 8-inch cake can be supported by inserted straws.

Step 18: Repeat the process to support the 6-inch cake layer with an 8-inch cake layer and straws.

Step 19: Put a 6-inch cake layer on top after filling and frosting it.

Step 20: Pour cool caramel sauce in the appropriate places on the 3 Tier Cake with a gentle spoon and let it drip.

Step 21: Add candied orange peels, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and almonds to the decoration.

Conclusion:

Three-tier cakes are not just beautiful to look at; they also represent love, unity, and significant events in our lives with great power. They unite individuals by asking them to engage in a joyful and enjoyable experience. With each bite, memories are made and treasured that will always be connected to the decadent flavor and radiant splendor of these delectable works of art.
